Sourdough Bagels-Plain-4pk

Chewy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside- these sourdough Bagels are made fresh to order. My normal recipe includes milk for extra softness. Please add a note for non dairy option 150g prebaked weight per bagel. Use or freeze within 2 days.

Flour, water, milk, sourdough starter, sugar, salt, non diastatic malt powder, honey for boiling. Milk fee available upon request ( the milk helps them stay soft for days)
