This pumpkin shaped loaf is my new favorite! Made with 10% whole wheat flour in addition to bread flour for extra flavor -it doesn’t just look good it tastes great too! 8 sections make it easy to pull apart, or slice and eat as normal. 950 g total weight before baking.
